Returns of New and Unused Items – Within 14 Days of Receipt: You may return any unused and like-new item (trikes must have zero miles recorded on the odometer) within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Return shipping costs of $250 for electric trikes and $190 for two wheel ebike are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return results from a shipping error on our part. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Returns of Used Items: If you wish to return an item that has been used, it must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Items returned in used condition will be subject to a 40% restocking fee, and the customer will cover return shipping costs. The trike must have fewer than 20 miles recorded on the odometer and be free of damage to qualify.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, which are non-refundable.
Return Process and Timing: To initiate a return, please use our return portal and follow the instructions provided. Refunds are generally processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned item, although bank processing times may vary. Perraro Electric Bike does not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments.
Orders Purchased Through Retail Partners: Returns must be processed directly with the original place of purchase. Perraro Electric Bike does not accept returns for items bought through bike shops or third-party retailers. Please contact the store where the purchase was made for their return policy.
Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery of your order after shipment, a flat fee of $250 per trike will be charged to cover partial shipping costs. Once the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, minus the $250 fee, through your original payment method. Notify us immediately if you refuse a shipment to avoid delays in processing your refund.
Battery Returns: Due to shipping regulations on lithium-ion batteries, battery purchases are non-returnable. These high-capacity batteries cannot be shipped back under current transportation restrictions.
