Shipping Policy

At Perraro Electric Trike and Tricycle, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processes and timelines.

Current Processing Times:

  • In-Stock Electric Trikes: Up to 5 business days for processing.
  • Warranty Orders: Up to 10 business days for processing.
  • Accessories & Components: Up to 15 business days for processing.

Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order once your shipment is on its way. For third-party shipping services outside of our standard shipping process, we cannot provide additional shipping details or documents.

Shipping Costs & Lithium-Ion Battery Restrictions:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more to the 48 continental United States, including complete electric trikes.
  • Outside the Continental U.S.: Shipping rates are based on package weight and size. Due to shipping carrier regulations, we cannot ship electric trikes or lithium-ion batteries outside the 48 continental U.S.

Shipping Destinations: We ship to addresses located in the 48 continental United States only.

Signature Requirement:

  • Trike Orders: A signature is typically required for electric trike deliveries.
  • Battery Orders: A signature is required by law for deliveries containing lithium-ion batteries.

Loss, Theft, or Damage Disclaimer: Perraro Electric Trike and Tricycle is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by FedEx, USPS, or other parcel services. If such issues arise, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.

Address Changes: We cannot modify shipping addresses once an order has been placed. If an error occurs, the order will need to be canceled, refused, or returned to sender. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days once the returned item is received.

Refused Shipments & Return to Sender: If you refuse a shipment, we reserve the right to charge a $250 flat fee per electric trike to partially cover shipping costs. Refunds for refused shipments will be issued once the product is returned to us, minus the flat fee.

Missing Items: If an item from your order is missing, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will investigate the issue and either send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is out of stock.
